These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of JustPhoto, an AI photobooth platform for events, galleries, downloads, remote control, print workflows, and AI-generated media.

Use of the Service

You may use JustPhoto only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the event content, uploaded media, prompts, guest links, and operator activity connected to your account or event.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you sign in through Google or another provider, you authorize JustPhoto to use the account information needed to authenticate and provide the service.

Event Content and Media

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, capture, generate, store, print, or share event photos and related media. You may not upload or generate unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

AI Outputs

AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be error-free, identical to references, or suitable for every use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing, printing, or publishing them.

Payments and Credits

Some JustPhoto features may require credits, event packages, or subscriptions. Pricing, limits, and usage rules may vary by plan and will be shown before purchase where applicable.

Availability

We work to keep JustPhoto reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or operational incidents.
