JustPhoto is an AI photobooth platform for event capture, AI photo generation, gallery delivery, guest downloads, remote controls, and event operator workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how JustPhoto collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our website and services.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information such as name, email address, and profile image.
• Google Sign-In information, limited to the basic profile data you authorize, such as your Google account name, email address, and profile picture.
• Event data such as event names, booth settings, themes, generated results, and print settings.
• Uploaded or captured photos and related generated media.
• Billing and transaction metadata when you purchase credits, packages, or subscriptions.
• Technical information such as device, browser, IP address, logs, and security events.

How We Use Information

We use information only to provide, secure, operate, and improve JustPhoto, including to:

• Authenticate users and manage accounts.
• Create and manage photobooth events.
• Generate AI photo or video outputs requested by users.
• Store and deliver event galleries, QR downloads, and print outputs.
• Process payments, credits, and usage history.
• Detect abuse, debug issues, and keep the service reliable.
• Communicate about account, billing, security, or product updates.

Google User Data

When you sign in with Google, JustPhoto requests basic profile access for authentication. We use Google user data only to identify your account, create your session, and provide user-facing JustPhoto features. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising.

Sharing and Service Providers

We may share limited information with service providers that help us run JustPhoto, such as hosting, database, storage, payment, authentication, email, analytics, and AI processing providers. These providers are used only for operating the service and are not allowed to use your information for unrelated purposes.

Media Storage and Event Access

Event photos and generated results may be stored so event owners, operators, and guests can access booth galleries and download pages. Public guest or monitor pages may be available through scoped event links or QR codes. Event owners are responsible for sharing those links appropriately.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including access controls, encrypted connections, server-side authentication checks, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide JustPhoto, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and operate event history. Users may request account or data deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Your Choices

You may access, update, export, or request deletion of your information by contacting JustPhoto. You can also revoke Google account access from your Google Account security settings.
